Firestone Complete Auto Care

I recently brought my Toyota Camry 2013 in to the Skokie Firestone because I had a screw stuck in a tire. Raul checked it right away and let me know that it did not puncture the tire and no patch was necessary. He went above and beyond by checking the air pressure on all of the tires - including the spare! The service was excellent and fast. I truly appreciated the informative and courteous service Raul provided

Really appreciate the lifetime tire alignment Firestone offers. Cashed in on it after having some work done that affected the tires some, and it was easy to schedule and completely free of charge! Firestone even provided a courtesy check of the tires and all of the other systems for me, providing some helpful feedback on those as well. They were not salesy or pushy in any way, either. So helpful and really appreciated their free, fast services in this tough economy!

1. Getting an appointment and everyone at the front desk were very friendly2. However, I came in with a flat tire and was told that the tire was irreplaceable. Took it to another shop and they repaired it no problem.3. After I asked to check out another tire shop the mechanic peeled my car out to the front while having a flat.4. No patch or any work was done and they seemed clearly frusturated that I was unhappy with the prices. Mind you I was able to get everything fixed for half the price and the tire was completely repairable

I had a really great experience with Firestone Skokie. This is my second time going to this location I have worked with Elijah the first time and Israel this second time. Elijah and Israel were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure. They got everything done faster than expected, which I seriously appreciated with my busy schedule. My car feels smooth and safe to drive now, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s such a relief finding a place you can trust—highly recommend

A very good experience. You are taken care of. They provide great estimates and air in tires in the winter. Highly recommend visiting with your car as it is in good care.
